N2 - The objective of this research is to propose the design of a sustainable community research center that allows the dissemination of environmental biodiversity in the Lomas de Pamplona, which has been affected by the informal and disorderly growth of existing human settlements, generating the destruction of biodiversity by illegal occupation of land, which have not been planned and in many cases are disaster risk areas. An analysis of the area was carried out to learn about its reality, in addition to applying sustainable design strategies (thermal, lighting, and visual comfort in the proposal, supported by digital tools such as Sketchup, AutoCAD and climate analysis pages such as Software Development). The results were obtained as a whole, terrain data, which will allow the development of the community center located near the affected area, in addition to the intervention of disaster risk areas to establish the safety of residents and tourists. In conclusion, the proposal allows to generate environmental awareness and reflection of the importance of preserving the environment, in addition to promoting biodiversity research in the community center by natural and specialized people to finally promote tourism and biodiversity care that will benefit the community and Las Lomas, respectively.
