Resumen

Organizational resilience is the useful human meta-capacity for controlling institutional crises or in the face of disastrous events that influence organizational structures, since it is necessary to evaluate it in different contexts of educational management. The objective was to validate the content of this variable using the ERESO scale, Spanish language and flexible adaptation. Its validity was measured under the judgment of 10 specialist experts, its reliability and construct were analyzed when applied to 980 Peruvian basic school teachers. The results allowed the extraction of four factors: (a) anticipation, (b) coping, (d) adaptation, (e) planning; therefore, the relationship between the items (KMO = 0.776; X2 = 7199.7) and their reliability were significant (α = 0.78). It was concluded that the factors of anticipation, coping and adaptation are associated with the elaborated Likert scaling, considering that the fourth planning factor is theoretically nested in these dimensions. It is suggested to test the consistency of the instrument by considering three dimensions of the preliminary version in order to check this factorization in similar contexts.
