N2 - In recent years in Peru, the cultivation and processing of blueberries has allowed it to position itself as one of the leading exporting producers worldwide, allowing it to guarantee sustained growth. The objective of the present investigation is to develop a viable proposal for the implementation of a blueberry nectar processing plant in the Ica-Peru region for its regional commercialization in the elderly, in such a way that they can take advantage of the benefits that the plant provides. offers. The methodology used was of a non-experimental type, with a quantitative approach, descriptive-explanatory level, which allows the development of a feasibility study on the cultivation of blueberries and their commercial processing, taking into account the considerations that this requires. The results allow us to demonstrate that the benefit-cost analysis allows obtaining high profitability, considering the conditions described and the cultivation needs of this fruit. It is concluded that a blueberry nectar processing venture can be carried out on one hectare of land in the Ica-Peru region for its subsequent distribution and commercialization, guaranteeing the return on investment, as well as high short-term performance.
