La derecha radical y el disidente sexual. El caso de “Seis tetas” de Camila Sosa Villada

The 21^st century is witnessing the rise of the extreme right or radical right. Not only is it a European phenomenon, which follows in many aspects the precepts of fascism of the 30s or 40s of the previous century, but we are faced with political formations that proliferate through-out the world and that develop their own characteristics based on the particular contexts in which they appear. One of these traits, which is not homogeneous in the different national far-rights, is related to their relationship with sexual dissident groups. Although the exclusion and persecution of these groups is no longer unanimous in the agendas of all these rights, the truth is that in most of these political formations violence against groups of sexual diversity continues to be promoted, as is the case of some countries of Europe and Latin America. The article proposes that in “Seis tetas”, a short story that is part of Soy una tonta por quererte (2022), a book by Camila Sosa Villada, some of the same can be evident. “Seis tetas” is a dystopia of what could happen in the world if these new rights come to power. The following article aims to analyze “Seis tetas”, a story that is part of I am a fool for loving you (2022), a book by the Argentine transvestite writer Camila Sosa Villada. This text is inter-esting because it presents a series of positions that the radical right assumes regarding LGTBIQ+ communities. It is a dystopia that shows what could happen if these new rights came to power, a situation in which sexual dissidents would be treated as precarious, disposable, trashed lives. In that sense, Sosa Villada’s story stands as a lesson against what should be avoided.
