N2 - In recent years in Peru, the cultivation, care and sustained growth of blueberries has allowed it to achieve significant recognition, both nationally and internationally, allowing it to be an export product. The objective of this work is to carry out a blueberry cultivation venture in the Ica-Peru region, on one hectare of land for subsequent commercialization, as a minimum viable product, the methodology used was non-experimental, with a quantitative approach, level descriptive-explanatory, which allow the development of a feasibility study on the cultivation of blueberries, taking into account the considerations that this requires. The results allow to demonstrate that the benefit-cost analysis allows to obtain profitability, considering the environmental conditions and the cultivation needs of this fruit. It is concluded that a blueberry cultivation venture can be carried out on one hectare of land in the Ica-Peru region for its subsequent distribution and commercialization, adequately projecting that it will be a sustained growth of great profitability in the short term.
