N2 - This research aimed at designing and implementing a competency-based evaluation model, supported by the integration of academic management systems with Learning Management Systems (LMS) to verify the level of achievement of competencies of the graduate profile at the Universidad Católica Santo Toribio de Mogrovejo (USAT). The study corresponds to applied technological research since it designs and implements an integrated system for the improvement of the Teaching - Learning process, which is evidenced in the following results: (1) Integrated model achieved; (2) Total number of syllabi generated in the sub-process of design and update of the subjects; and (3) evidence of the achievement levels of the competencies of the graduate profile. It is concluded that implementing the integrated system made it possible to monitor and improve the achievement levels of the competencies of the students of all USAT's academic programs.
