Abstract

In recent years, the teaching-learning process has been changing from face-to-face to virtual mode, this process was significantly accelerated by the pandemic caused by COVID-19, where the classroom was virtualized at all educational levels to world level. The present objective was to identify the emotional state that students have in the virtual classroom to allow the teacher to improve their teaching-learning strategies in real time, as a methodology an application in artificial intelligence with neural networks was proposed that allows capturing the state of the students in the classroom by webcam.
